I am wondering has anyone experience or heard of the above breast condition?

    Ho

Warm welcome to the breast group although papillomas or papillomatosis must be a bit of a worry.

Papillomas are considered to be a benign breast condition but the jury is out on whether there is risk of developing breast cancer from these if left untreated but are mostly surgically removed. Are these confined to one breast or are both affected ?

BreastCancerNow has this Papilloma Leaflet if you haven't been given much information about this.

I can't recall seeing any recent messages mentioning this, so did a group search you can read through these older messages until you hopefully get some replies.

Have you been given a date for any kind of surgical intervention for your Multiple Papillomas ?

Hope this is of some help for now, G n' J

    Hi there,

thank you for your reply. My papillomas were confined to my right breast. I had a mastectomy in July 2019 . Previous to that I had three lumpectomies but they kept growing back.

    Hi

Ah! Sorry didn't realise you have already had surgery - assumed you were newly diagnosed Face palm

Noticed you just asked about recon, fat transfer (lipofilling?)  and bruising - you should get quite a few replies in that discussion.

Fingers crossed things soon settle down and you recover well, G n' J
