Simple answer yes...in fact I think it is harder when you’re finished....nothing to focus on day to day apart from recovering. It is hard but don’t beat yourself up, you have been through a lot....physically and emotionally...give yourself time and be kind to yourself. I remember posting when I’d finished chemo....thinking I should be glad it was all over.....instead I just felt too knackered to actually feel anything!
