hi everyone haven’t posted for a while.
all is good but just a couple of questions if anyone can input that would be appreciated
I had 1 x 4mm DCIS / 1 x 18mm IDC
4mm 2/3 ER
18 mm 4 ER
18 mm was sent for oncotype and came back as TNBC
Anyone had conflicting results from oncotype USA DNA test v UK IHC staining test as I don’t understand how tumour could stain for ER but none be present on the oncotype. I know IHC is an estimate but it can only light up if ER is present
Secondly can anyone say whether 1 x DCIS (non invasive) plus 1 x IDC (invasive) is still classed as multi focal / more risky?
