Hi
I'm on day 9 of docetaxyl cycle and seem to have had many side effects this time (FEC-T for 3 cycles before this) At the moment the soles of my feet are pink and itchy/ sensitive. Any recommendations for creams to use Thank you
Hi,
If your pink feet are burning too, will you contact your health team and tell them?.... Cream possibly won't help but you can be prescribed pregabaline which will help reduce the symptoms. This is very important because I didn't do this......I thought everyone had this and I didn't want to fuss.....and the problem became one I'm permanently left with. My feet quickly deteriorated.....but the symptoms began just as you describe which is why I recommend you tell someone soon.
I hope you get help soon and the rest of your treatment pssses quickly.
Just to reassure you.....I have been clear of cancer nearly four years..
Love Karen
Dear
you need to report this to your team but in the meantime , keep them cool and moisturised. Protect them by wearing open sandals , or similar - DO NOT go bare foot .
Joys !!
You are always best to tell your team about any new symptom .
Good luck
I had 5 Dosetaxel
