Sorry can’t help you BUT DO NOT TAKE ANY mafication off your own back , at least speak to a pharmacist but I’m sure they will tell you to see your GP or breast care nurse . Water retention can be the result of various problems . Minor or major . So seek medical advise .
Make sure you are walking / swimming as lack of exercise can cause water retention.
