I have just finished 20 sessions, 15 for the whole right breast and 5 on the area where the lump was. I used a cream called My Trusty that was developed by Salisbury Hospital (skin specialist), it contains all natural ingredients and a bonus for me that it's not tested on animals. Yes I did get sore a little which only lasted a few days but touch wood my skin is in good condition, apply twice a day.
Hi
Thanks for posting this. Could you copy your post and put it into the April Radiotherapy thread for the ladies who are going through it at the moment? That would be great! Salisbury is a fantastic hospital and specialists in plastic surgery (been there following a road accident in 1983 and recently went back about my skin grafts - still amazing!) So, would 100% have used that cream if I'd known about it when I had radiotherapy.
Thanks for taking the time to post and I hope your skin remains is good condition
Best wishes,
