I was like that after my MRI at the top of my ribs after lying for a long time in the same position it does pass but may take a few days to feel more like normal.
Im not sure what Discworld is but happy to learn more.
Glad the MRI was okay - it always amazes me a) how long they take compared with a CT and b) how flipping noisy they are!
And yes, I have all the Discworld books (and almost all of TP's other books) - one of my bucket list things to do is to actually read them all before I reach my expiry date (as we refer to it at home!!!)
