Hi
Having a cancer diagnosis has all sorts of affects on both us and our families but you don't need to carry on feeling angry as there are people out there to help and support you.
Have a look at this information from Macmillan on coping with your emotions as it also gives links to where to get help from.
If you feel that you'd benefit from talking to someone then I can recommend giving the Support Line a call on 0808 808 0000. It's free to call, available every day from 8am to 8pm and staffed by people who will offer you guidance on where to get support in your area.
