I havent been disgnosed with anything yet all i have been told is there may be a tiny papillary lesion could be benign could be a tiny tcc. I suffer severely with health anxiety and unfortunately i am doing my partnere head in. I have it in my head even though its tiny what if its invasive and i get told thats it cant help me? Iv had microscopic haematuria now for 2 years no other problems really apart from a few utis which have cleared up with antibiotics. Im so scared iv had cancer for 2 years now and they wont be able to treat me. I had an ultrasound transvaginal and transabdominal in feb last year that picked nothing up said my bladder was smooth walled. Im going out of my mind.i feel so alone
Hi Emmaj00 . For BC to spread to other parts of the body, it usually needs to penetrate through all the layers of the bladder. Nothing seen on the ultrasound is a positive. The pre op is just some general health checks , heart, blood pressure etc., and lots of general health questions to make sure you are fit for the procedure. I hope all goes well. Best wishes.
