Hi Kiko and Denby, I think Grade 3 counts as high grade but I believe CIS might be of particular concern ref spread. However I'm not a medic only based on reading stuff. I remember Mr D had good result from Mitomycin and I have wondered about it as an option to save my bladder, if I get another reoccurrence. But my tumours after first one have all been low grade.
Kiko I really hope you can have a thorough discussion about your options. I'd ask my CNS but not everyone has such a great experience of their cancer nurse.
