As embarrassing as it is to talk about i thought i'd ask the question here. Do any of you males or perhaps females too, have yellowish jelly like lumps when you ejaculate ? I asked my GP last week and he put it down to most likely being skin from my bladder after all the BCG i had up until March 2019 for 2 years following my tumour removal in 2017 ?Admittedly it has only happened since then but it's really bothering me . It's nothing to do with sex as tbh i am not sexually active .
Do i need to worry or contact the urologist ?
I really hope i'm just being paranoid as this is terribly embarrassing to admit .
Ever day i wake n think maybe i cancer has come back even after having bloods n urine tests 2 weeks ago and a clear cystoscopy in December 2021.
Thank you
Hi PoppaSmurf. I think we all think twice when something unusual happens. Not come across this before, but we know that the different treatments have all sorts of side effects. Do you have a CNS you could call for some reassurance? Best wishes.
It takes a lot of courage to talk about something that is embarrassing, so kudos to you for reaching out for help. I'm not a medical professional, but it sounds like your GP believes that the yellowish jelly-like lumps you're experiencing are likely related to the BCG treatment you had for your tumour. It is also possible that it could be a side effect of your treatments. I would recommend you to contact your urologist or GP that did the cystoscopy in December 2021 and get a second opinion. They will be able to give you more specific information and guidance based on your medical history and current symptoms.
In the meantime, try not to worry too much and try to keep positive. It's understandable that you may be worried about the cancer coming back, but it's important to remember that you had a clear cystoscopy in December 2021.
And, Just as an information, the link https://healthrankings.org/best-semen-volume-supplements-for-men-in-2022/ is not related to your current situation, it's related to semen volume.
