I was diagnosed 1 year ago with low grade non invasive bc. I had a turbt then and no follow up since. My next cystoscopy is march. I've been absolutely fine. Then I bought some urine dipstick. There is intermittent blood and leucocytes on the dip. I go checked I dont have an infection and referred me back to urology. My phone appt is this week now I'm in a state thinking it has returned. However I feel very well and I normally think no matter what as long as i am well i can just get on with it. That's gone out the window really xx
Well done for getting checked, and great that you already have appointment with urology so you can raise these concerns. Hopefully they can bring your next cystoscopy forward, Maybe things will be all clear (hooray) or maybe there will be a reoccurrence which are common. Whichever I reckon you will just get on with it like you did last time. Sending cyber hugs xxx
Hi Saskia1. We always think the worst when we get these little signs. Good to know infection is rules out, and good to know you have an appointment, even just on the phone. It's really your cystoscopy that will give a positive answer, so a few weeks to wait . I hope it turns out to be something simple. Best wishes.
