It's depressing me so much has anyone else had so much checked
Hi CHRISTINE S . Try not to read too much in to these scans. All par for the course and routine to make sure nothing else is going on. The images are sent away for analysis and it usually takes a few weeks for results. I hope all goes well. Best wishes.
At different times over first 4 years of treatment I had whole body MRIs, chest and pelvic x-rays and CT scans. All were routine screening. They've all come back clear except in bladder. I had quite a few reoccurrences in my bladder after my first tumour was found. No way to guess or predict outcomes I'm afraid. I'm sure they will let you know outcomes as soon as they can. Do you have a Cancer Nurse Specialist? If so they can be really helpful to talk to when you feel anxious. Sending love Hx
