Husband told he has this been in hospital 12 weeks now . Trying to find someone who is not a doctor to help me stay hopeful .don't know anyone who has had this or even heard of it

It is very scary being in your position and I do hope you find some help and comfort from others here. They are a great bunch of people.

hi I'm a man who was diagnosed with this in 2016, I was 42 and given this news after falling down the stairs.
like yourself we had never heard of it before and was told its very rare, i was stage 4 and given 8 weeks to live
I had a massive fight on my hands, I stayed in hospital for 9 months and endured intensive treatment and I can honestly say it took everything I had to not let it beat me, my wife and family gave me strength I wanted to go home to them
