could I ask if anyone out there has had a breast reconstruction using your own tissue.
i have been offered this straight after a mastectomy. Does anyone have some advice please

I can see that you’ve already joined the breast cancer forum and had some replies to your post there. I hope you’ve found this helpful, and please continue to engage with other members of the breast cancer group where it’s very busy and there are lots of members who can share their experiences.
I hope all goes well with your surgery, whatever decision you make on reconstruction.
