Hi Everyone,
New here. Those who have or had triple negative breast cancer, have any of you received Zoledronic Acid as part of your treatment plan? I have been offered this and just wanted to find out people's experiences of side effects, etc. Also, I do suffer from a heart condition whereby my heart muscle is stiff and only pumps at 57% although I have been informed that any heart risks are minimal?
Any information, would be a great help, thank you, thank you.

Hi Dezy3 and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.
I had zoledronic acid infusions every 6 months for 3 years after my treatment for TNBC had finished. I had no side effects at all.
As the online community is divided into different support groups, I'm going to recommend that you join the triple negative breast cancer group as you'll then connect directly with others who have the same type of cancer as you.
