Hello. I am new to this so please forgive me if I ramble on.My dad had a melanoma a few years ago and we have spent 3 years having moles removed as and when they have popped up.He was given immunotherapy until last July but they stopped it saying they wanted to keep some in case he ever really needed it again. We were confused but accepted their expertise. 3 weeks ago my dad was sent for a chest xray and within hours told he had several tumors on each lung. In such a short space he has gone from working (he is semi retired and has a little driving job) to now being bed bound. He has not eaten, lost so much weight and the nurses are injecting him every four hours. I need advise on how to come to terms with the inevitable because I am not coping.I am petrified when I go see him and I know he is scared which is breaking my heart. I'm not ready for this and he certainly isn't. No idea what to do so would really appreciate any advice. xx
