Period during radiotherapy

Hi all I have been having my radiotherapy sessions all over the Christmas time but I am doing ok. I've got 3 more then I'll be done. Has anyone else had a period during their radiotherapy. I can't find out if this is unusual .

I have my first oncologist appointment tomorrow afternoon since I started my treatment. No idea what they are going to say. Hope it's good news. I'm actually really worried about it

I am really not sure how to answer you, other than to start by saying I’m sorry you find yourself here but welcome. If I’d had a period during radiotherapy it would have been highly unusual but then I was diagnosed with womb cancer and had a hysterectomy before I had radiotherapy.

Can you tell us which cancer you were diagnosed with, please? Then we can try to answer you and help you to find the right group for more support.

Hiya, my latest results show I have endometrial cancer, a tumour in my womb lining 80% with spread to my cervix and lymph nodes my letter says I'm stage 2c. That's the only information I have been given. I think I need to know more about everything. I'm going to see my oncologist this afternoon. I will ask her to explain everything to me. Thankyou x
