I am 26 year old and am so scared I have cancer. I recently went to the hospital with shortness of breath, lack of appetite, and a heavy feeling under my chin. They did blood work and a chest CT all of which came back clear. They referred me to my family doctor which I have no had an appt with yet. I am really concerned I have lymphoma or something similar. I can’t feel any swollen glands but I do have a heavy feeling under my chin. The doctor said he didn’t feel anything swollen. Do these symptoms relate to anyone?

I was diagnosed with a rare type of Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma back in 1999 and not one symptom, nothing in my bloods just a small rash on my skin..... but some of your symptoms could point to Lymphoma but at the same time, to many other medical issues.
The fact that you have had a clear CT scan does push the possibilities that this is Lymphoma way down the lists as CT is one of the main ways to diagnose Lymphoma as the next step would be to take a biopsy of any growth areas - but as you don't have a growth area this can not be done - have a look at this LINK
You do need to keep working with your GP to find a positive way forward in this.
