Secondary cancer in neck ? Primary . Husbands biopsy results yesterday

It is hard to take things in at first, but once a treatment plan is in place, things become more positive as you have something to focus on. I see you have joined the Head and Neck group. Hi , I’m sorry to hear about your husband’s results, I remember my own early days of diagnosis feeling, well as you’ve put it surreal. I can see you’ve written your profile and joined the head and neck group, so it looks like you have done a lot of reading. 

I thought of one more group you might like to join, the carers group as you may want to talk to other carers about how things are affecting you, it’s often said that things feel worse for the carer. I will put a link in for you to click on and decide for yourself.

When you join a group you can set how often you want to be notified of new posts, and when your ready just start a discussion in the group to say hi. 

My primary was not found and when I received my diagnosis, I remember laughing in disbelief, I suppose we all react differently coming to terms with what’s being said and wanting to move forward with receiving treatment, time seemed to go slowly for me so I’m wishing you both luck for what lies ahead.
