I contacted Insurancechoice.co.uk they were very helpful. I had already contacted approx 15 insurers and I had given up to be honest but noticed this site and thought I would give it a try. I managed to get a quote which covered my heart condition plus cancer of the lung. It was 1,300 which may be expensive but one insurer said it may cost me 4,000 even if I did manage to get a quote! My trip is to the USA which further complicated my previous enquiries for a quote...I hope this proves helpful for you.
