Hello everyone, I am new to the site and relieved to see a strong community like this. Wish I could’ve found this the first time around.
In 2016 I was diagnosed with primary Cutaneous marginal zone lymphoma. It strangely appeared on my both biceps in the same exact spot. Ended up getting surgery and was in the clear. As of a recent I noticed the red bumps coming back. Went to the doctor and sure enough they are back but mainly on one arm. Since they are not protruding I am currently just using cortisone cream and playing the watch and wait game.
I have so many questions and would love to just hear stories of those who have gone or are going through the same thing.
Thanks for your time everyone
Hi and welcome to the Online Community but so sorry that you had to find us.
I have lived with a rare type of Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma - Continuous T Cell Lymphoma for over 19 years and can understand your issues as these types of NHL do effect the skin. You can see my story by hitting Thehighlander I had 14 years on the wating game before I had to have some more evasive treatments but I am now in remission :)
We have a dedicated Macmillan - DBLC Forum (link) where folks with DBLC can support each other. As there are over 60 types of NHL we also have a General NHL Forum (link) again a great place to meet up with folks on the same journey
Have a look round the forums and introduce yourself.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
