My CT scan results are back today and they show a reduction in the size of my tumour, the lymph nodes have also improved, so that is positive news.
This is the first time since I was unable to give blood in August 2020 due to very low Hb that the news hasn't been worse, I am feeling quite cheerful.
I'm having to delay my next round of chemotherapy because my platelets are low, but I'm looking forward to an extra week off chemotherapy, so that can be a positive too.
Thanks to everyone for your supportive messages whilst I was waiting for the results.
Best wishes

Hi Sal, So pleased to hear your good news, it is great to get positive news, especially when both the tumour and the lymph nodes have improved. Unfortunately platelets go up and down during treatment but as you say, an extra week off chemo can't be bad! Even with this Lockdown, try to do something you really enjoy during your break!
I'm so pleased for you, long may the reduction in tumour and the improvement in Lymph Nodes continue until you are stable and then NED!!!
Love Annette x
