I skinny dipped in the North Sea last weekend to raise funds for MIND with over 1000 amazing human beings.
I can't believe its Sept 2026 and three years on and I am still here . Although subtle thickening in the stomach lining, I am continuing on the targeted therapy . 54 rounds of Herceptin and all good.

The 1000 person skinny dip sounds quite something. I hope you were all able to locate the correct pile of clothing afterwards! Each year on does feel great, doesn’t it.
