I have to say that treble or triple cancelled is precisely how I have felt since my diagnosis!

We were only trying to have/inject a little lightheartedness into proceedings and it's important to remember that neither of us is well...

I need to lie down now which is a pain as, due to my semi-insomnia, I only just got up!!!
