Goof afternoon my incorrigible chums
I am delighted to report that my scan last week showed the cancer is broadly stable. So after six months of chemo plus experimental tablets, I’m now on experimental tablets alone. Hurray!
It’s been a trying day, mind you. I got to the hospital st 10am and I’m still here at 4pm waiting for my tablets. It’s mighty hard not to eat all the custard creams.
Aaargh!
Xx
Well done daloni!
The treatment has continued to have a positive effect and I'm sure you are looking forward to a summer without chemo.
Waiting around for a prescription at the hospital is the pits, my hospital out patient pharmacy only opens 8.30 till 2.00 then they all go off for siesta and don't come back until next day!
Wishing you all the best

The ability to resist custard creams! For 6 hours! It appears that these new experimental medications have given you super powers (to add to the ones you already have). Have you picked out your superhero name yet?
Pleased to hear that the chemo has ended and your results are good.
love and hugs,
Gragon xx

Fab News for you - just delighted.
Go and buy yourself your very own packet of Custard Creams and eat the lot - don't share even one, not even with the dog if you have one.
