You're not being ignored, all of your posts are being replied to Chas if you check out your threads.
Just to check though, you know the forum is generally used by people like you rather than Macmillan staff? I've alerted the mods to your original problem, so I'm sure they'll be in touch once they are in and checking for issues.
Alternatively, you could phone the Macmillan helpline and ask to speak to someone about pensions, and I'm sure they'll be happy to help.
