1. I'm just about to head off on a weekend with my eldest daughter (10) for a mothers and daughters activity weekend. It's raining but the wellies are packed! Hoping I survive!
2. Head a tiny 3 week old baby this morning - gorgeous remembering new life - so small and perfect!
3. Had a delivery of some amazing biscuits from a friend - special.
Have a good weekend all, despite all the hard.

Hi Gaynor
I have just googled it and it looks like you can get it over the counter if you’d prefer not to wait for a GP appointment

Oh great. Thanks so much for that. Will pop to Boots later

Grannytrish, picturing your garden made me smile so much I'm going to count it as my 1st good thing today.
The others?
My sister bought me a a load of colourful bedding plants from the garden centre. I've set the pots where I can see them from my favourite chair until I have the energy to plant them out.
I managed to get to the library to take out some real books. My eyes are hurting too much to read on the kindle.
Hi!
I’m enjoying the bulbs I planted last year. So colourful.
I had a short walk in the park today. There are buds on the trees and catkins
I spent a couple of hours with a financial adviser looking into how to make the best of my pensions. It feels like a weight off my mind.
Hi
Mrs Tiggywinkle was out in the garden tonight having a good mooch round and didn't flinch when I sat on the back step to watch her.
My OH finally agreed to come to the tip with me and we got rid of lots of rubbish and recyclables.
In preparation for my hols I have ben de-furred from bikini line to toes so I look less like a hobbit. My 1st leg wax since chemo finished last October - one of the few benefits of chemo is the money you save on having hair removed!
Best wishes to all xx
Hi everyone
1 My daughter confirmed that she is coming over to see us at Easter and of course my sil and my soon to be 3 yr old wee grandson is going to be with us.
2 I've just bought a little rocking chair, it was £69 down to £59 and I got it for £55, he wouldn't accept £49. My grandson will love it.
3 The daffodils that I put in last year on the bank outside my bedroom window are mostly flowering and it's a lovely sight to waken to
Have a great day everyone.

Hi Every One
Three good thing.'s
My hubby had his first chemo and no side effects at all second next Wednesday.
My hubby eat a big plate of chips so that is a good sign not be able to eat right since before Christmas.
We have both laughed all day over silly things.
Take Care Ellie xx
"You Never Walk A Lone"
That’s great news and lovely to read
So for mine and I have an abundance of things to choose today. I’m on the Isle of Wight with my best friend for a yoga weekend so I guess that’s the furst good thing.
We went for a walk and saw a red squirrel. I don’t think I’m conveying quite how wonderful that was. You’ll have to imagine my excited face and squeaking with excitement and general flapping of hands.
The walk was downhill from the lovely hotel to the sea which presented a problem for me as going uphill is beyond me at the moment. We asked a couple of guys who looked like locals if they knew where we could get a cab and they offered us a lift. They were so nice.
It’s really felt as though today has been blessed

Hi Daloni
Life's not too bad when we have to select just 3 good things from a day, yeah?
I saw a part of a programme a couple of days ago that was saying that red squirrels appear to be bouncing back, and grey squirrel numbers are decreasing. As usual, there are several lines of reason as to why that is, it's a case of take your pick!
It's great to read your posts where it's clear that you are in a real positive frame of mind and I hope it continues. Pass my regards to your daughters please, take care of them.

Am confused as to what day this is. Got the date but have been uncomfortable and sleeping in bits. Feel disoriented timewise each time I awaken. But...
1) Your 3 things have been a light.
2) Awoke this morn after several hours continuous sleep to birdsong, and a sense of well being due to being...
3) Headache free!
Daloni, I'm delighted you saw a red squirrel. Beatrix Potter's story about red squirrels was a favorite in my early childhood.I would have squeaked and squealed, too, upon seeing one.
Great thank you to those of you continuing to post good things.
