Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

They did get it right. My fur babies are my world bless em. I just thought how strange Elijah stopped stress grooming once I got back home from surgery and currently sleeping right next to me in bed as I am having a lazy morning here. But getting up soon as need to get my fitness up ready to return to work in March so going for walks and back driving in couple of days too. When they said major surgery...I will admit they didnt lie about it haha
Good for you my lovely. Aye, major surgery takes a major toll, and my OH needs to knuckle down big style to get some mobility back. I'm going to show him your post - maybe it will give him the incentive to get cracking!
Loving the image of Elijah protecting his dad. Ahhhh xxx
It sure does. But time to get mlre walking in and get active. I was up and about the next day following surgery walking around the itu. It was painful but I knew I wanted to get home quickly. Tell him the sooner he moves the better the recovery and healing hehe
Oh I miss my darling giant cat who weighed 10 kilos and refused to go to vets
10 kg......not like you would not notice him sitting on your lap haha x
Aw, poor you Helen it's been one thing after another, but you need to get back on form for next month. Keep up the fluids and get plenty of relaxing time in.
A photo would be nice when you've finished your cross stitching project.
Get well soon sweetheart xxx
