Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hello.
Sending you the best of luck for your upcoming scans.
Sending hugs. xx
Hello.
I hope that your treatment went well?
The steroids can mess with my sleep too.
Sending love. xx
Thanks so much. I called this morning to double check the time and conditions (have to not eat anything for 3h beforehand but wasn’t sure).
Best of luck to everyone else with appointments and tests. May this year be kind to us all …
Hi Kez I'm just home from shopping but our little town is still busy. I'll be relieved when it calms down.
Oh I'm sorry you weren't well over Christmas my lovely, but hoping you're feeling better now Just relax as much as you can, and take good care. Sending you warm hugs in this cold weather xxx
The very best of luck and good wishes for today lovely and thank you for yours - we've got a fair few coming up this month. Big hugs xxx
Hello Gill.
I hope that you managed to get everything that you needed at the shops?
I am sure that there will be a lot of people at the sales.
I am feeling much better now, thanks. Just in time for my next Chemo on Tuesday.
Take care of yourself too. It’s to get much colder this weekend. xx
Hi Kez.
I got most of the shopping, but I don't drive and the goods got a bit heavy to carry, so I'll be going again tomorrow for the rest. It's one way of keeping fit!
Aw I'm glad you're feeling better but let's hope the next round of chemo doesn't set you back again sweetheart. Swings and roundabouts unfortunately. It's definitely colder, and the wind's got a vicious nip to it, so stay warm and cosy hon xxx
