Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hello Gill.
Yeah, that’s so true. It keeps the fitness levels up. Good luck at the shops tomorrow.
Absolutely, we have to take the good with the bad. It’s part of the journey.
The good thing is that after my Chemo on Tuesday, I only have 1 more.
Take care and stay warm. xx
That's good Kez, but I know of a fair few who've only had to have two out of the three chemo's, so see how you go.
I'll make sure I get everything tomorrow and then it'll be staying in till Monday at least. To be honest I like walking in the cold as it tends to speed me up! Yep, wise words, and using the cold snap to my benefit.
Have a good evening my lovely xxx
