Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Ok then I have hope for your partner tell him keep fighting that cancer and don't look back and don't let it win. I believe we can beat anything. I was focused confident and positive thinking and feeling during my treatment of cancer and I kept going. Sounds like he's a champion I believe u can do it.!!!. Xxx.
You've got a great attitude Katie, really upbeat and just what the doctor ordered No doubt you'll make a good recovery with your positive thinking. My fella has been through the mill, but every day's a bonus - and he hasn't lost the ability to act daft sometimes, which is always welcome as he can no longer speak due to his surgery.
You hang on that attitude and you won't go far wrong my lovely xxx
Just wanted to wish everyone on here a Happy New Year. It may be different to what we had expected - but may love, light & laughter follow us all the days of our lives.
Hi sweetheart, and I'm confident to say that all of us here will very much appreciate your lovely message ️ I'm hoping you're in a better place, and a Happy New Year to you too. Warm hugs xxx
