Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hello Gill (Gill H (d0942c9d265a4582a7d4120018e565bc))
We try our best - I don't always look in on this group as I have my hands full on the Prostate Group, and I know Sarah one of the other Champs often posts here.
I do read as many posts as time allows and do stick my oar in from time to time. I love the variety on here, from travel, motorhomes, TV to bee keeping.
I am one of the lucky ones though - I do sleep through the night apart from my nocturnal wanderings to the loo!
Carry on carrying on - you are all amazing for the support you give to others.
Best wishes - Brian.

Hi Charisse
I am so sorry to hear about Lily's diagnosis. It is so hard when your children are ill, especially when they are so young. There is a lot of support around that you can access, especially here on the MacMillan website.
Slightly different; my daughter had open heart surgery when she was 2, she's 38 now, so I know how heart-rending it can be.
I wish you all the best in staying strong for Lily and I hope you have friends & family who can be there for you.

So sorry to read your sad news, Helen. Gentle hugs.
