Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Very sorry to hear about your sister Helen, I'm keeping you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Good luck with your chemo in the morning Lesley. Big hugs sweetheart xxx
Thank you Gill that means so much, thank you for your hugs XX
Sending you lots of hugs so sorry to hear about your sister .
Good afternoon from St Valery sur Somme where we visited a small but very Christmassy market today.
It seems I won't be able to attend my sister's funeral which looks like it will be on 23rd December in Thame, near Oxford. We have the grandkids that day as the nursery is closed and son & DiL will be in work.
Thanks for all your best wishes.
H
Evening Helen
It's good that you're carrying on with your holiday, even after the sad news, as there's nothing you can do and life does indeed go on. I'm sure your relatives understand that you've got other commitments, so don't beat yourself up as these things happen.
Well it sure sounds lovely on your latest stop and looking forward to hearing about your next venture. Hopefully Alan's enjoying it too. Sending you both big hugs xxx
Hi Lynne
We're ok thanks, but we've been out most of the day shopping, followed by exercise class.
We got everything we went for, including the last of the Christmas presents, so it was a successful trip. My OH is now knackered so he's gone up for a kip.
Hope your day has gone well my lovely xxx
