Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hiya Derek. We didn't expect to win owt, that's why we stopped playing years ago, but I'll use the ticket this Wednesday and have another go, and probably add to it cos I'm a silly woman. Bob's magic powers must have evaporated mid Atlantic so didn't get nowhere near West Yorkshire.
Well it's great your holiday's still going well so lap it all up. What's the most famous landmark you've visited or are you keeping off the tourist sights? And have you hired a vehicle to get about? It'll be about 10.30 am now so you've got loads of the day left to explore, but take care and avoid the buzzards. Cheers to the none existent pint as yet xxx
Steve, are you going to see your little brother again? I know he lives in Seven Oaks but maybe you're having a meetup there.
I absolutely love Pomfret Cakes, as they're called round these parts, and Poor Ben's made at the factory down the road. I could live on liquorice and ginger infused everything as the taste's addictive. I dunno about Helmsley as I don't think I've been, but it is a glorious picture.
Have a great time, whatever it is you're doing xxx
Good for you, treating yourself. I'm not jealous, but I may try a couple of dunkers in hot chocolate too, but later, when the girls get back, how's LOH looking? I would think he's feeling fab, and are you watching Albania v England... well the bones of the picture are from a similar image, but the detail is made up, need a little help due to apaphantasia but not with looking after the little ones who are stirring, so some TLC for them while it's still quiet xx
Eddie, LOH always looks a good few years younger when all the fuzz is removed from his head and face - I even tidy up the area beneath his snout as he doesn't do a good enough job. I do far too much mollycoddling but can't help myself! You sound just the same, pampering the babies, but I bet they love it when grandad comes to stay.
Enjoy the rest of your visit and give the little cherubs a cuddle from me. And look after yourself too my friend, as we don't want you feeling crook (Aussie slang for poorly which you probably already know) xxx
