Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Gilly, I managed a little yoghurt this morning, so will make a little broth for later
, well it's time to feed the little ones, before their sleep, we're having mango with greek yoghurt and oatmeal, that's if they don't eat it all
, hungry little horrors would eat your fingers given the chance
. Better weather today so we have a little stroll later.
How are you both doing today, any plans, or taking it easy.
XX
Hi Eddie.
That oatmeal mix sounds yummy so no wonder the twins gobble it down. Packed full of goodness too.
Nothing much planned today except shaving LOH's head and helping him with a bath. An early Doc's appointment in the morning, so best to do it today as it takes a while.
Aw I hope you manage a stroll but wrap up warm as it's nippy. It's supposed to get even colder next week but any snow will probably be on the tops. We get a nice view of the moors when coming home from Pinders, as it's high up, and it looks lovely. Take care and relax when you can xxx
no, it's all gone Steve and I get great satisfaction shaving it off as the buzzing is soothing. It was tempting to try a Mohican on myself but I'll shelve that for another day.
Well I won't be treating Derek to a pint anytime soon, as our lottery numbers only produced two, meaning a free unlucky dip! Any plans in the pipeline for you and your better half? xxx
All fed and watered again, with a stroll in the lovely sunshine, and more playtime too, which their sleeping off... I've just finished a pic for Helen Sbird , which I hope she likes, and you've been busy too my friend with your fabulous TLC of LOH, I hope your both enjoying something more than baby food, and have your feet up XX
Now that's beautiful Eddie, and I wish we lived in the farm on that lonely lane. The trees look awesome and lovely to see on a cold Sunday evening. Love it!
Yes, feet up and no baby food in sight. I've just had a hot choc and half a box of Fox's Viennese whirls, the large size. The biscuit factory is only a few miles away and Lyon confectionery is even nearer, a few hundred yards. Maybe that's where I get my penchant for sweet things from, as the aroma of midget gems was heavy in the air on my way to work.
Is the painting from somewhere real or imagined? If it exists I'd love to know where it is xxx
