Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

There was Eddie, and in the early 70s the pre match warm up chants included those for Celtic and Rangers. My mates and me joined in for Celtic every time, just a little quieter than those for Rangers. Good times, and you made me laugh out loud with the gurning tale.
I'll keep you up to press about Nige and you get back on form soon my friend. Love from LOH and me xxx
I'm probably not remembering correctly, but there seemed to be a friendly between the two teams every year, and I used to get excited by talks of Celtic and Rangers joining the English top flight, I think they could have competed well back then, today they'd both be favourites for relegation.
I appreciate being kept updated about Nige, and if you can, please tell Nige and Ellise, their both in my thoughts and prayers.
A little pic of West Yorkshire country life.
love Eddie and family xx

Aw that's absolutely lovely Eddie and I've just shown it to LOH. Fat bottomed girls, no less. We adore sheep and I keep asking after Sian's pet, Sheep, especially after the fires and now the storms they've had over in Portugal.
I'll definitely pass your sentiments on to Nige and Ellise; he's in hospital but pops in to post when he can. It's given us a real boost to hear from him today
I guess you'll be heading back up north before Greece, but which island have you chosen? xxx
Did you notice the sun, that's so you know it's not the other side of the Penines, and how are Sian and all her two and four legged family, I guess storms are preferable to fires, but some uneventful weather would be nice, and I'm sorry Nige is in hospital, but it's good he's up to keeping in touch.
If you mean Donny, we'll be heading home early Monday morning, for an early start on Wednesday, for an 11hour train ride to Milan. A sleepover, then the train to Bari, for the overnight ferry to Patras, which is on the Pelopponese, where we'll be staying. Avia just south of Kalamata, where our place is. Which strangely I've never been, but the kids have been many many times, so worth every penny. XX
Aye, you've captured the best side of the Pennines perfectly, and are you the black sheep on banjo? A masterful stroke
Sian and her brood are all doing fine, but they didn't enjoy the power cut caused by the storms the other day. I also discovered that, just like yourself, she's into crafts and makes things to sell at markets. I'm going to ask her to post photos of her work, and if she doesn't mind I'll send them to you.
Another hectic time travel wise coming up, so don't do too much in between so you can get yourself in top form for it all. Where on earth do you get the energy from? It knackers me just reading about it! Talking of which, I'm going to get some early kip in so I'll wish you a good night and sleep well my friend. Hugs to you all in Shropshire xxx
Well Gilly, I'm the one on the banjo, not sure about the black sheep bit, more like the shepherd taking the picture, Awww bless, as if Sian hasn't enough to contend with there's power cuts as well, and if Sian can sell her art and craft pieces, she's obviously much better than me, and it would be lovely to see her works, and that goes both ways, you can show the guys mine, and Gilly in the two days it takes to get to Greece 99% of the time I'll be sat down or sleeping, which I intend to do now. Sleep well
love Eddie and family xx
Good evening from here to you Gill, just chilling on a cold beer before tea. It was shredded wheat for breakfast, I have to look after my figure you know. The hol is going great thank you.
I'm told by my OH and a few other close relatives / friends that I give the "stare" to anyone I don't want to talk to or I don't like. It's entirely subconcious, something I've apparently done for years and very effective. It beats having to tell someone I don't want to talk to them, which I wouldn't really want to do.
I've had more than my fair share of luck these past 11 years, so happy to pass on some of Bob the Cat's luck to you. You can buy me a pint if you get a good win.
All the best for now,
Derek.
