Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Aw Kez sweetheart, I hope your dad's ok and is comfortable? Fingers crossed he's getting the best care.
The treats were well tasty, and didn't last long with us two greedy guts flexing our jaws.
Now you take care my love and give your dad a big hug when you see him next xxx
I'm very sorry to hear that your dad is in the hospital, keeping your family in my thoughts.

Awww Gilly, fruit in curry is fab, my fave is egg and apple with brown jasmine rice, and no its not Sheila, her dishes are peculiar to her, very peculiar. Well dinner went well, sadly not for me, as I've a couple of issues which prevent me just for now. XX
Hi Eddie.
I fell asleep watching the Wales match, not because it was boring but the room was a bit too hot. LOH didn't watch the netball but plumped for the World Masters Tiddlywinks held in Helsinki - I was rooting for the yellow counters. Wide awake now and just made the tea, nothing as exotic as your taste but winter warmer corned beef pie and peas. I hope your issues aren't anything concerning my friend? Not keen on hearing that, but your remark about Sheila had me chuckling. Just take it steady and get plenty of relaxing in tonight. Love Gilly xxx
PS We heard from Nige an hour ago and it lifted my spirits as he's really going through it. I sent him your best when you said xxx
Hi Sheas, could you be a Celtic fan by any chance
Eddie
Good for you Gilly, grab a nap when your body tells you, and I bet your buzzing now after the tiddlywinks, I watched the world gurning championship, as I like to reminisce about the year I won, and I was just a spectator.
Oooh corned beef and potato pie is fab, even cold, so it's great for picnics, with feta cheese and pickles, I'm sure I'll be eating a little better soon, I aggravated my dysphagia, not sure how, but I'll be my usual self in no time.
I appreciate you doing that for me Gilly, I don't know Nige as well as you and the girls, but I feel a bond with the fella as we're both on the same journey.
Well the little ones are in bed, as are the kids, ahead of their trip to the coast tomorrow, the girls have the merlot out, so Jamesy and I will take the dogs out before bed.
love Eddie and girls xx
