Are you having trouble sleeping?
Sleep problems may be caused by how you’re feeling emotionally, or as part of the side effects for cancer treatment. If you find it hard to have a good sleep, you’re not alone. The Online Community is here to support you 24/7.
“Getting a cancer diagnosis is extremely stressful, and that brings a whole load of emotions, and lack of sleep certainly does not help. I think many of us have periods of insomnia. I experienced a long period of not sleeping. I could go off to sleep quite quickly, but after an hour I would find myself wide awake again, and would spend the rest of the night getting frustrated because I couldn't sleep."

Hi Steve, we go back a few years on the prostate cancer forum, so not everyone on here was a stranger, well depending on your definition. I believe most people are good people, even more so those of us affected by cancer, and being nervous and cautious around new people is a normal defence against any possible dangers. Your perfectly normal my friend.
Eddie xx
Who would Leeds get for a new manager? I like him as a manager. Eddie Howe is skating on thin ice.
Farka's only four years older than my eldest lass and that realisation makes me feel absolutely ancient!
Your words not mine!
Steve (SteveCam)
Affirmative for everything in your first paragraph my friend. I really do prefer wild, windy and wet weather, but being inside is just as nice. Well the match is off, due to all the rain. I guess Valley Parade got swamped so the alternative is Luton v Rotherham
Desert sounds lovely and mangos are really delicious. The girls are lucky with chef Eddie in charge and I hope they do justice to it. You must have a couple of Michelin stars tucked away by now, so a good name for your new establishment would be Eddie's Edibles. Here's a donation to rescue Sheila from purgatory and I'll leave it there before I get hounded from the group.
Love from us xxx
Steve, a couple of names I've heard mooted as a potential replacement are Brendan Rogers and Jurgen Klopp - No and No! I want Farke to stay and if Eddie's on thin ice, give Robin Cousins a tinkle.
I was telling pork pies earlier...my eldest has just started at nursery...
I too fine SOH and ripe language always helps in the right situations.
It's strange but I have a kind of death stare - it's usually not a conscious thing and I don't usually know I'm doing it, but if there's someone I don't like or don't want to talk to they invariably get the message quickly without me saying anything at all.
It can be very useful at times.

Awww shame about the Bantams, there's live netball for LOH, or Senegal v Brasil, I sound so sporty, and no desert needed, as the girls are bringing it, also your too kind Gilly, chicken and mango curry is easy to make, just add sweet pepper and spring onions, so no new career
, though allegedly there's someone local who cooks for up to 4 people at home, and the food is amazing, allegedly, and no, it's not me. XX
Ye can have Brendan Rodgers. We done with him.... AGAIN!
Top o' the morning to you Derek. See, I remembered the time difference and you could have just chowed down on pancakes, maple syrup and crispy bacon. Or it could have been a bowl of Rice Krispies.
Anyroad, how's your holiday going pardner? All good I hope. Aye the death stare can be handy but I'm aware of doing it. Trouble is I do it so often it's permanently etched on my mug now and folk must think I'm a right miserable sod. I'm not, honestly and love having a good laugh as often as possible.
Any upturn in your fortunes thanks to Bobby the bobcat? I told my OH about him so he lobbed me a tenner and wrote down to ask if I'd put on 5 lucky dips for tonight. We're kinda after some luck by proxy, so expect a grand announcement on this very thread tomorrow. You'll have to get up in the middle of the night to get it live.
Sending you both good wishes and take care xxx
Soz Eddie, I thought the mangos were an ingredient for dessert, as I've never had them in a curry. Sounds good though.
I'm devastated you won't be opening a chain of restaurants across the biggest and best county, with the amazing local cook at the helm. Is it Sheila? xxx
