Just having a moment

I am so pleased you have had a decent day. I am sure it is a welcome breather. My day has been a better one.too. I made a conscious decision to try and be positive for one day, (mainly for our children.). I walked the dog, went to the library and post office to post probate forms. The sun was out this morning, and it was lovely just to be out and about for a while. Candles are lit now, Radio 2 on and a lovely glass of wine. Hugs and cuddles to all. Xxx

Oh dear. I am thinking of you. I am so sorry you are going through this. Apparently, the brain suppresses painful memories. I had vivid flashbacks, I felt my husband’s presence and nasty nightmares. Sending you kind thoughts and comforting hugs. Xxx
