Hi all , My doctor put me on anti depressants yesterday, I have never taken tablets before. Has anyone any experience of these, and do they do any good.
Thanks.
Mike
U hope the good memories happen soon I don't know how many more times it can happen before I start to shout
I’m not yet on antidepressants (I have made an appointment with my doctor though). It’s been 10 months since my husband died and those last moments are replayed regularly in my head. I don’t think it’s quite as frequent as at the beginning, but seeing the life go from someone you love has such an impact that it must take a long long time to just accept it without being floored by it every time. It’s so painful reliving it over and over.
