  • Keep smiling :)

    In 2012 I had a TBI and was in a coma for a month. I was paralyzed on my left hand side and I had to learn how to talk and walk again. 2015 was supposed to be my comeback year as a competitive show jumper but I was diagnosed with breast cancer in February.

    m about to start chemo following my breast cancer diagnosis but feel my family aren't very supportive - as I have no outward signs of illness it's like they aren't take my up coming chemo seriously & I feel so on my own is this normal

    My husband has been diagnosed with throat cancer ad due to start treatmet at the end of the moth after havig 4 teeth out and a feeding tube in. He also has COPD and usese inhalers, how will this affect him

  • In need of some advice and reassurance

    I found a firm, vertical ridge at 12 - 2 on my right breast. Its fixed,lumpy,long tic-tac shaped ridge,not painful.Mammogram and US clear so no aspiration.Return in 6 weeks for a follow up .If sinister, they'd have me back sooner than 6 weeks right?

  • Thoughts and Feelings

    Recently found out my partner has terminal throat cancer, trying to get me head around things and not sure what to do or where to turn to next. So it was suggested that I write down my thoughts and feelings as it might help. So thought it was worth a try.
