    Good evening

Things look as though they are healing well but I am getting a lot of pain from the top 1/4th of the wound.

Now on diclofenic and amitriptyline so lets see if that calms it down a bit.

still doing the protosan soaks every nigth and redressing the usual way. got to try and get appointments with the practice nurse but im working full throttle again... guess thats what the healing is taking time...

    wish…

    Hi

Decided to try redressing the wound myself. Have to admit its nice when I go the hospital and they they pick off the sluff and afterwards its looks great. The picking of sluff and the slightly rougher exfoliating the nurses do are things I cant do myself. Therefore, unfortunately, it never looks as good and to be honest it looks more granulated than last wednesday.

Anyone else do their own similar dressings at home…
