Just a quick blog today. Was welcomed home yesterday with a house full of christmas lights and decs which cheered me up a bit. Got quite a bit of (still broken) sleep last night, but still got up feeling rough. Just one thing after another, now neck is aching at the back just to add to issues. Trip to hospital and treatment was slickest ever, first in the queue when I arrived and in and out in under 25mins.

My first ulcer under the right side of my tongue has forced my hand into starting pain relief (gargling aspirin and use of bonjela, if allowed). Also despite eating as much as I want, including cakes, choc mousses, ice cream etc. I have lost 5lbs this week which isn't good. Might have to put some extra loose change in pockets…

Not much to blog about this weekend, feeling pretty much the same as last weekend with a crap taste in mouth and taste buds and saliva glands on strike. Main thing is that I have no pain yet and we start Week 3 of RT tomorrow. Weekend spent watching lots of sport on TV, visitors on Sunday which is always good. Really struggling with sleep and surprisingly even though feeling tired I can spend hours lying awake in…
