    Last week was my three year 'check up from the neck up' and relieved to say am still in remission and making good progress now from the throat cancer and RT that took away a year of my life in 2014...  Sure the nerve damage and feeling  to the neck, shoulder and back will never get any better now but I am back playing squash to a reasonable level and am learning to fight judo left handed!...Still wish for a solid…

    It's been a while since my last post due to a time of reflection needed as to where I am and where I am going.
