A reasonable nights sleep (in three instalments) and either getting used to pain or it has eased off slightly has seen a more comfortable day come and go. Actually got out of house and had a trip to supermarket. The lack of appetite to eat (any) food was matched by a lack of interest in the shopping aisles which used to stock my favourites.
