Yes, we climbed a mountain today - physically as well as metaphorically! Climbing mountains is  what we like doing in our spare time, I didn't think we'd be able to do it again until John is better, but we did! We chose an easy one where you can park more than half way up, it's been a gorgeous day, and he did it. Thought at one point when we started, and he was sweating and struggling, that it might be a bad idea but then…

Turns out they weren't kidding about this BEACOPP being harsh. J's just gone off for his 3rd day of chemo on the trot. It's been a bit rough so far.

2.He told me last night his back is aching again in a different place and has been doing for the last couple of days. His back pain and sciatica had completely cleared up after first lot of steroids which…

Happy 5th wedding anniversary to us! Last year we did richer for poorer with awful restructure/ redundancy rubbish, this year it's in sickness and in health. At least we are still forsaking all others!!!

All's ok here anyway. John has his second chemo on Thursday. It seems to have gone like the first one. He was fine on the actual day, groggy the day after, and awful the day after that. I'm expecting him to feel…
