Carcinoma sarcoma reoccurrence

I’m so sorry to hear this. I hope your team rings you first thing in the morning and get you sorted out for your chemo and that your team is on the ball now. 

Thanks yes I might try that. I'm finding it really hard to find the positives at the minute but I know I will. I wish I could have a soak in the bath but my stomach is enlarged atm and it's uncomfortable. I've been taking a walk every day and that seems to help x

Oh so sorry to hear this, cancer is so unfair !

although I don’t face your difficult challenges, I to have felt incredibly alone, despite support. I feel it’s important to share that with family and friends. Doing small things mine making a cuppa or watching clouds, taking in the autumn colours all help.. being in the moment . No pressure to do too much, learning to be kinda to yourself to. Bless xx
