It’s Megan here from the Community team, I'd like to offer some additional help with using the site. Depending on your notification settings, you should receive a notification when logged into your account when someone replies to you.

You can find these notifications on the Online Community homepage shown in he image below:

You can also find your recent notifications on the lightning bolt icon at the top right of the page. You'll see an orange number indicating how many notifications you have.

When you click on the notifications it will take you to the reply.

If you want to add to your most recent discussion thread that you created, you can find this in your profile activity.

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner, then click ‘profile’.

When on your profile page, click Activity. Here you will be able to see all the discussion threads you have started and replied to.
