because I still getting flash back about being in hospital

    im slowly doing the online HOPE course.  There is an exercise about managing thoughts, and it’s along the lines of imagining a flowing river with leaves flowing down the river, and when you have both negative and positive thoughts, you imagine putting the thought on a leaf and watching it go down the river. I have tried doing this with some of my thoughts recently. Think it takes time but perhaps worth a go?
